It has commenced, the big P.T., so far with very positive results. Not sure I can ever leave the house again though.

I overheard Liy singing a little ditty in the back of the car this morning and it made me smile.
Went something like this....

I Dancing Sunshine."

I meant to put these up a while ago as I really love this set of photos.

Lily and I went to the races and had a fine old time, despite the cold. The sight of those beautiful creatures thundering past made us both shriek with joy.
