Lily is 10 months and it's such a delightful age. Apart from being extremely cute she is just a joy to be around; as long as sleep has been had and food has been imbibed and she is not snotting all over the place she is usually very pleasant company indeed.
My Baby is a proper little person now with particular likes and dislikes, her own set of peculiar mannerisms, foibles and eccentricities, a sense of fun and wonderment; humorous, playful and endlessly curious, full of grace and spirit and charisma.
Even if I do say so myself.
All in 10 months. All this wonderful, amazing, incredible sense of self and forming of character has all happened in 34 weeks. Along side learning to hold her head up, roll over, sit up, crawl, stand, cruise around furniture, feed herself, shout very loudly, waggle her legs, pick up very small objects indeed, drink from a cup, kiss, blow raspberries, babble, shake stuff, lick cats, wave, rub noses and occasionally say Dad-Da.
